Bubble2X is a planned product initiative operated by algoMosaic Inc. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through bubble2x.com. The website currently provides information about Bubble2X, accepts early-access inquiries, and offers an optional newsletter subscription. It does not provide customer product accounts or a paid Bubble2X product.

Information we collect

• Early-access inquiries: your company email address and any name, company website, workflow details, or selected interests you choose to provide.

• Newsletter subscriptions: your email address when you separately choose to subscribe.

• Messages and follow-up: information you include when you contact us and records needed to respond.

• Website operation and measurement: technical information that website, security, hosting, or measurement services may process, such as browser or device information, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from an IP address, and security logs.

Please do not submit customer files, credentials, or other sensitive information through the website forms.

How we use information

We use early-access information to respond to your inquiry, understand the workflows prospective users want to discuss, and decide whether to invite someone into a design-partner conversation. We use newsletter information to send Bubble2X updates when you separately request them. We use website-use information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website and to understand aggregate interest.

Submitting an early-access inquiry does not by itself subscribe you to the newsletter.

Service providers

We use website hosting, form-delivery, email or newsletter, analytics, and security providers as needed to operate bubble2x.com. These providers may process information on our behalf and are expected to receive only the information needed for the service they provide. Provider configurations and locations may change as the website develops.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and follow-up information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain the business record of a conversation, and operate the early-access process. We keep an active newsletter subscription while you remain subscribed. After an unsubscribe request, we may retain a minimum suppression record so we do not send unwanted marketing messages. We retain technical and security records only as long as reasonably necessary for operation, security, measurement, and legal obligations.

Your choices and requests

To ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using information submitted through this website, email legal@bubble2x.com. You may also use that address to ask us to stop newsletter messages. We will handle requests under applicable law and explain any information we need to retain.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website and our practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be reviewed before publication and communicated when required.
